Scheduling a class is a two-step process. Start by buying EM Credits. Then schedule your class time(s).
How do I get the best price?
The larger the credit pack, the less you pay per EM Credit, and therefore, the less you pay per class hour. You have a full year before the credits expire. As long as you use them within a year or top them up before the year ends, you will not lose your credits.
What if I’m not ready for a long-term commitment?
But if you are not ready to commit to studying with English Momentum long term, you can buy enough credits for just one hour to get started. You can also request to meet the teacher for a free 15-minute chat. To do this, use the contact form on the teacher’s page.
How many credits do I have?
To see how many EM Credits you have, log in and go to “My Account”, “My EM Credits”.
Can I pay by credit card?
Tutorial classes taught on Skype are paid for with EM Credits so you must first buy English Momentum credits (EM Credits) before you can book a class. EM Credits can be purchased by credit card, debit card, or from your PayPal account.
How do I schedule a class hour?
To schedule your classes, use the calendar on the course page of your choosing. Click on a day on the calendar. Then choose a time right below the calendar. Click on the “Book Class” button. This puts that time slot into your shopping cart and charges you for it in EM Credits. You can go through checkout with a one hour booking, or you can go back to the calendar and book a class time for the following week(s). You can put several class times into your shopping cart before going through checkout. When you go through checkout, you will only be able to pay using EM Credits.
How do I change my schedule?
It is best to schedule early to get the time slots that fit your schedule. If you need to make changes later, you can. Simply contact your teacher at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. He or she will help you cancel an upcoming class and return your credits to you so that you can reschedule. To get your credits returned to you, you must give at least 24 hours notice.
