Thank you for purchasing a Credit Pack. Your EM Credits are now in your account. You can see them if you go to “My Account” -> “My EM Credits“. Your EM Credits are good for one year from the date of purchase.
Whenever you want to schedule a Skype class, follow the steps below.
NOTE: Make sure your shopping cart is empty before you schedule a class. You cannot put items to be paid for with money and items to be paid for with EM Credits in the same cart.
Step 1: Make sure you have enough EM Credits.
First, you must be logged in to English Momentum.
Go to “My Account” | “My EM Credit” to see how many credits you have. If you need to, buy more from the “My EM Credits” page or from “Online Training” –> “Skype Classes” –> “EM Credits (Skype)”.
Step 2: Go to “Booking Calendars” to schedule a class.
Go to “Online Training” –> “Skype Classes” –> “Booking Calendars (Skype)”.
Step 3: Choose a topic and teacher.
You will see all of the different types of Skype class we offer at English Momentum. Choose according to what you want to study and which teacher you prefer. It also shows you how many EM Credits you need to book a class hour. Click on “View Availability”.
Step 4: Click on the calendar to schedule a class.
The calendar is interactive so you can use it to schedule a class:
- Click on any day on the calendar to choose that day.
- The available times will show up right below the calendar. Click on a time.
- Click “Add to Cart”.
Step 5:
You will be taken to your shopping cart where you will see your class. Check the dates and times before you go through checkout.
Step 6: Schedule more classes.
Return to the same booking calendar by clicking on the Skype class name in the form to schedule another class. If you want a different kind of class or a different teacher, go back to “Booking Calendars” to choose one. When you are finished booking, check your dates and times. Then, click on “Proceed through checkout”.
Step 7:
Go through checkout and “pay” for the classes with your EM Credits.
Fill in the billing details and your Skype Account Name.
Check your class dates and times.
Agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Make sure you have enough EM Credits.
Then click “Place Order”.
You will see your completed order:
Step 8: Check anytime.
If you ever want to check your class date and time, you will see it in an email that we send you. You can also check it anytime in “My Account” | “My Orders”. The image below shows the date I bought my credits and the date I used credits by booking classes. Click on “View” to see the dates and times of the classes.
